Preventing and reversing burnout is a critical topic.  However, there is a higher dimension of educator self-care that every employer/ employee can aspire to and reach: a dimension of well-being.  Functioning at this level will have a significant impact on the teacher, family, school, student, and community.  Highly interactive, with a multitude of mind-body exercises that can and should be practiced regularly, this presentation is vital for the 21st century educator and/or parent.
